The Dudley Group’s student nurse programme has received national recognition from the Student Nursing Times Awards by making the shortlist in two categories.
The Trust has been nominated in the categories of Educator of the Year and Student Placement of the Year.
Sarah Clarke, the Trust’s Practice Development Nurse for Pre-registration Nursing Students, has been shortlisted in the category of Educator of the Year. Sarah was selected for being an exceptional educator who goes above and beyond to support, mentor and inspire student nurses.
Russells Hall Hospital’s Emergency Department also made the shortlist for Student Placement of the Year for providing excellent support for student nurses throughout their placements and for tailoring learning to meet their needs.
