The car parks at Russells Hall Hospital are managed and operated by our Private Finance Initiative (PFI) provider, Mitie. This includes the enforcement of parking regulations and the operation of the Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system.
If you have any complaints or queries regarding parking charges, payments, or penalty notices, please contact Mitie directly via ANPR.RHH@mitie.com as the Trust does not oversee the day-to-day management of the car parks.
