Release your inner superhero and sign up to the Superhero 5k Fun Run on Sunday 9th June at Himley Hall and Park in Dudley. The Dudley Group NHS Charity is calling for all ages and fitness abilities to join us and raise vital funds for the children’s appeal that supports children’s services across Russells Hall Hospital and community sites.
With less than two weeks to go, take your families and friends, create a team, and get your costumes ready. There is also a competition for the best dressed team and individual, so start planning your best outfits!
The run starts at 11am and the route consists of three laps around the lake. You can either run, jog, or walk the route at your leisure.

The fun day will be an action packed day of martial arts sessions, storytelling, fair rides, hair braiding and face painter too, dance troupes to entertain the crowd and over 26 stalls of arts and crafts and food vendors to enjoy.
