Complete maternity survey and help improve patient experience
Women who gave birth at Russells Hall Hospital during January or February 2018 may receive a survey through the post in April asking about the care they received.
The National Maternity Survey 2018, which is being run by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), will ask women about their experiences of antenatal care, childbirth and postnatal care.
The results of the survey will provide the Trust with valuable feedback that will be used to improve quality of care and the experience of women using Dudley’s Maternity Services.
“This is a really good opportunity for us to obtain feedback from women who use our service to tell us how we are doing in maternity and how we can further improve the care we provide,” said Dawn Lewis, Head of Midwifery at The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust.
The survey is voluntary and the results are confidential.
