Chief Executive Diane Wake and Chair of the Organ Donation Committee Steve Waltho are emphasising the importance of being an organ donor and talking to families about their wishes.
They have been speaking to staff during Organ Donation Week 2017 at Russells Hall Hospital to help raise awareness.
This year’s Organ Donation Week (4th-10th September) campaign message is “Let’s talk about it”, with the aim to get people talking about organ donation.
