Staff who strive for excellence and exceed expectation can be recognised in our monthly awards called Healthcare Heroes.

Winners are selected each month by Chief Executive Diane Wake.
“We really do appreciate how hard staff and volunteers’ work every day for our patients, whether they are offering direct patient care or in a crucial back office role,” said Diane.
“Throwing the spotlight on a new Healthcare Hero every month is our way of saying a big thank you,” she added.
Monthly heroes receive a framed certificate and a prize. They also receive an automatic entry into the annual Committed to Excellence Awards in the new Healthcare Hero category.
“Roll of Honour has been very successful and we know how popular it is for staff,” said Diane. “I wanted to build on its success by opening up monthly awards to the public and present a team and individual with a prize.”
