Some of the things we’ve done in response to staff feedback:
- Begun a review into the banding of staff in pathology to bring us in line with other NHS trusts
- Simplified our Operations Directorate structure so we now have just two divisions; Surgery and Medicine
- Held regular face-to-face sessions with Chief Executive Paula Clark to give all staff the opportunity to meet Paula and ask questions
- Made mandatory training available externally on our website to make it easier for staff to complete at home
- Looked into the way we communicate messages to staff to ensure those without regular access to emails do not miss out on important information
- Started live online chat sessions with the Board for key staff matters
- Held a Listening into Action event to seek views on transforming and integrating community care
